About Us KÖSTER AQUATECNIC Ltd are completely dedicated to your total satisfacton. If you have any suggestions or comments please contact us. Making a Purchase. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit / debit card payment in pounds sterling only. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro (UK issued). You may also place your order by phone. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertantly under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Credit Card Security For your peace of mind we use HSBC Secure e-payments for all online transactions. You will not be asked to enter any card details until after you have completed your order and are automatically transferred to the HSBC Secure e-payments website to process your payment. Your card detaills will at no time be held on the KÖSTER AQUATECNIC website. Shipping and Handling All prices are in pounds sterling and are subject to VAT at 17.5%. Prices for orders over £50 include express carriage to UK mainland. PLEASE NOTE :- ORDERS UNDER £50 TO THE UK MAINLAND ARE SUBJECT TO A DELIVERY CHARGE OF £9.85 Goods require a signature and cannot be left unattended. Delivery Schedule Orders placed online include delivery within mainland UK only. For deliveries to non-mainland destinations including Northern Ireland, please contact us to arrange. Our aim is to deliver your order as soon as possible. Most products will be delivered within 3 working days, notable exceptions to this are made-to-measure shower tray formers (2 weeks), heated towel rails (2 weeks) and shower enclosures (1 to 4 weeks). If your item is not in stock or is likely to be delayed for any other reason we will endeavour to make contact and give you the option of cancelling your order if you do not wish to wait. All deliveries require a signature, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery company will leave a contact card. If no contact is made they will then attempt a second delivery the following day, if the second delivery is also unsuccessful they will return the goods to our warehouse. You will then need to contact us to make further delivery arrangements at your own cost. We therefore, strongly advise that you give a delivery address where you know somebody will be available to receive goods during normal working hours.Short Shipment / Damaged Goods Please check the number of packages received before signing for the goods, if there is any obvious damage or shortage then please bring this to the drivers attention and make a note to this effect when you sign. We request that you check the goods thoroughly as soon as possible after receipt and notify us of any damages or shortages within no more than 48 hours of delivery. Returns Policy Refund Policy - If any items arrive incomplete or damaged then please contact us immediately to arrange for replacements to be sent out. Please check carefully that your order is correct before proceeding as items incorrectly ordered and subsequently returned to us will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Never return an item without contacting us to obtain a returns reference. We regret that made-to-measure shower tray formers can not be returned or cancelled once your order is processed. Guarantee All goods sold in our online store are subject to an automatic manufacturer's guarantee. You may contact us for specific details but the guarantee periods offered are as follows:- Caroflow Shower Outlets and Heated Towel Rails - 5 years, OTL Shower Tray Formers - 25 years, all other products - 10 years. In all cases the guarantee is limited to the value of the faulty goods originally supplied. In the case of any waterproofing or restoration products it should be noted that we guarantee the quality of the products supplied, but as application and specific site conditions are not within our control, we are unable to guarantee a successful outcome.
