Can I purchase KÖSTER basement waterproofing products online?

No, we have decided that for these products we prefer to supply after discussing the project with the customer. This ensures that only the most suitable materials are supplied. We will however, keep this decision under review and may offer a selection of KÖSTER products to purchase online in the future.

Where can I buy KÖSTER basement waterproofing products?

In the UK you can purchase all KÖSTER products direct from AQUATECNIC Ltd. Please contact us for further details.

Do you offer a specification service?

Yes, we are very happy to discuss your project in depth and make a full recommendation / specification in writing. For larger contracts we are also able to offer a site visit if required.

Are KÖSTER products guaranteed?

Yes, all KÖSTER products sold by AQUATECNIC have an automatic 10 year guarantee.

Can I apply your internal waterproofing products over previously applied paint or plaster?

We always recommend that previously applied coatings are removed. If the bond between the wall and the old paint/plaster breaks down then your newly applied waterproofing layer will also de-bond.

How long will delivery take?

Most KÖSTER products are held in stock at our Birmingham or Dumfries depots. For all stock products delivery will be 2-3 day or next day pallet service, or courier service for smaller items. Any products not held in stock are normally available within 1 - 3 weeks.

Can you recommend a suitable applicator?

Yes, in most areas of the country we can suggest a competent applicator for KÖSTER products from our applicator database. Please contact us for further information.

Can you provide on-site support / training?

Yes, for larger projects we are able to undertake support / training visits. For smaller projects telephone support is readily available. Site visits may also be undertaken at our discretion.

Can I buy KÖSTER products in Ireland?
